Groups of polyphenols, including catechins, theaflavins and thearubigins, are the main sources of antioxidants in black tea and may promote overall health.
The polyphenols present in it suppresses cavity-causing bacteria that hinder the growth of bacterial enzymes that form the sticky-like material that binds plaque to our teeth.

Brewing Instructions
Add a ½ a cup of water to your saucepan with 1 serving spoon of Fresh CTC Premium Tea. Allow it to boil for 3 minutes to infuse the aroma and taste. Add another ½ cup of milk and sugar to taste and bring to boil for up to 2 minutes. Strain and savour!
Tasting Notes
The tea is bold, full bodied and strong with a malty flavor. Full bodied means that tea is rich and complex and is most often related to black tea.
