Health Benefits 

• Blue tea is a rich source of powerful antioxidants — catechins and flavonoids. “It protects the body from environmental toxins and is useful for maintaining hair and skin health. Blue tea also helps to promote collagen production, which slows skin ageing by maintaining elasticity.

Brewing Instructions

Take 180 ml water and bring the water to a boil, take it off the heat and let the water cool for around 5-8 minutes. Take 2 gram of Blue Tea and pour water over the tea and let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Steeping time depends on your taste preference, with a longer time equalling a stronger tea. Pre warm the tea cup by pouring a small amount of boiling water into your teacups and toss it out shortly before pouring in the tea.   Strain and savour!

The Blue Tea can be re-steeped upto 3 times within 20 minutes of the first steeping. With each round, the steeping time increases.
