The 3-Brew Method

Unlike mass-produced teas that go bitter on the second steep, The Tea Story teas are crafted to reward patience. Brew three times. Get three different — and equally beautiful — cups.

First Brew

Pour water at the right temperature over your leaves. First cup is bright, fresh, and full of top notes.

Green: 80°C · Black: 90–95°C

Second Brew

Within 15 minutes, add fresh hot water. The second cup is deeper, richer, and reveals the heart of the tea.

The Tea Story isn't a brand that sources and repackages teas. We grow, process, and package our teas entirely in-house from our estate in West Garo Hills, Meghalaya — one of India's most biodiverse and pristine tea-growing regions.

Our teas are never bitter because we control every step: the soil, the pluck, the processing, and the packaging. The result is teas that taste extraordinary on the first sip — and the third.
